Located on the 11th floor of the Quorum complex, Qair’s new headquarters is more than just a workplace — it is a space that draws its energy from the elements. Transforming a fragmented operation into a unified, 1,600 sq m ecosystem, we designed an office that translates the primal forces of water, wind, and energy into the language of architecture. The result is a sustainable, neuro-inclusive environment that supports the dynamic growth of a renewable energy leader.

Elemental DNA
The design narrative resonates deeply with Qair’s identity, translating the forces they work with every day into tangible spatial experiences. From the very beginning at the reception, a striking water wall symbolises the untamed power of nature. Dynamic light lines running across the ceiling evoke energy infrastructure, while a kinetic installation mimics the rhythm of the wind. Even the acoustic comfort is tied to this theme; softly moving felt panels respond to air movement, creating a calming atmosphere that feels alive.

Biophilic connection
Nature is not just a metaphor here; it is physically present. The space is filled with green walls and ceiling-mounted frames containing live plants. These biophilic accents act as a bridge between the technological world of energy production and the human need for organic connection, supporting regeneration and mental well-being.

From fragmentation to cohesion
For Qair, this project marked a milestone transformation — moving from several fragmented, inefficient offices into one cohesive headquarters. The shift from a closed layout to an open, flexible workspace was designed to break down barriers. Teams that were previously dispersed can now collaborate faster and more naturally.

Social centre
The heart of the office is a large kitchen that serves as a social hub, connecting directly to a workshop area and encouraging spontaneous interactions and integration across departments. Additionally, dedicated "creativity-boosting zones" provide alternative environments for brainstorming and innovation.

Neuroinclusive zoning
Guided by the principle of neurodiversity, we ensured the space supports various working styles. The layout balances open collaboration zones with quiet corners for focused tasks.

Recharge zones
Recognising that human energy also needs to be replenished, we designed specific zones for decompression and informal connection. The design encourages employees to step away from their workstations, disconnect from work tasks, socialise, and recharge their mental batteries in a relaxed atmosphere.

A second life
As a company dedicated to renewable energy, sustainable design was a non-negotiable standard. Although the office is located in a brand-new building, we made a strategic decision to give a "second life" to many elements from the previous location. We successfully integrated existing furniture and plants into the new arrangement, proving that a modern, high-end office can be created with respect for resources and without compromising on user experience.

4
Future-ready
The new headquarters is designed to anticipate future growth scenarios. By creating a strong visual and scenographic narrative, the office has become a strategic tool for employer branding, physically embodying the company’s values. It functions as a carrier of the company culture, proving that a workspace can be both a functional tool for efficiency and a statement of identity.
