How do you design an office for one of the world's most innovative tech companies in such a way that it doesn't resemble just another corporate labyrinth, but a true cosmic journey? For our client in Warsaw's Towarowa 22 complex, we created just that — a multi-layered ecosystem. Rejecting traditional layouts, we relied on deep neurobiological research and the convention of an "expedition into the unknown". Welcome aboard: from the vibrant "Earth" on the ground floor, through the transfer station in the form of a "Spaceship", to "Planet I.D.E.A." – a completely private, neuro-inclusive zone that actively supports the focus, biology, and regeneration of its crew members.

A Day in the Life of an Astronaut
Because this project is so strongly focused on the human experience, biology, and neuroarchitecture, we decided to talk about it differently. Instead of a standard architectural overview, we invite you on a unique mission. Imagine you are an IT crew member who embarks on a journey every day through different gravity zones – from stimulation, through deep focus, to regeneration. Let us guide you through this extraordinary ecosystem.

1
Earth Base - the Community Hub
Your mission begins on the ground floor, known as "Earth". This is an external-facing Community Hub where the paths of various communities cross. It's a place where you build relationships and connect with the future talent naturally drawn here. Organic shapes, light-reflecting materials resembling water surfaces, and cloud-like lighting installations are just a few of its characteristics. The place is filled with lush greenery — you feel at home, you feel like you're on Earth, experiencing the very best parts of it.

Coffee between worlds
At the heart of this zone lies the bustling Barista Bar. It is a flexible space where you can freely meet with local "Earthians" over great coffee. Regular guests do not have access to the higher, confidential zones, so this is where you build the primary bond between the external tech world and your company culture.

The Transfer Station
You step into an elevator that imitates a space rocket launch and reach the first floor. Welcome to the "Spaceship" — the semi-public Discovery Centre. You feel like you’re on the ISS station; no wonder you get that feeling - the whole zone was inspired by it. Futuristic forms, metallic and undulating walls, and transitional zones (Gate 2) intrigue you and announce your entry into a completely different dimension.
2
Discovery Centre
The Spaceship acts as a vibrant centre for communication and learning. It is a flexible environment perfectly engineered for you to host student workshops, local user group meetups, and industry events. You'll find mobile furniture and modular seating hidden among plants, allowing you to easily rearrange the space depending on the event format.
Even fellow travellers from different offices have their place here. You find some of them already working on their projects. It’s a true ISS.

3
Tthe I.D.E.A. Planet
It's time for a deep dive. You enter the internal floors, the "I.D.E.A. Planet" (Integrated Development Ecosystem in Architecture). This is a completely private space where you can safely take off your helmet — the temperature is optimised at 21°C, and the humidity is at a perfect 52%. This is your true world, designed so you can be fully yourself.

Understanding your dynamic needs
This environment does not divide you or your teammates into rigid types. Based on behavioural research, the space responds to your fluid changes as a dynamic persona on a spectrum. Whether you need morning light stimulation, deep isolation in a work cabin ("Shield ON"), or you're simply feeling jet-lagged and biologically sensitive, the architecture adapts to give you exactly what you need at that moment - you feel protected.
You will notice that specific biological responses are directly mapped to the space typology. When you need a spark, collaboration zones are designed to increase your dopamine and build connection. When you are overwhelmed, stress-reduction zones actively regulate your cortisol levels. The environment seamlessly guides you from "Flow States" to achieving a complete cognitive reset.
4
Protecting the main processor
On this planet, the most critical piece of hardware is your brain. Together with experts from mood.farm, we engineered the "Ecosphere-IDE" layer to actively protect engineers from losing focus—knowing that rebuilding concentration after an interruption takes, on average, over 23 minutes. The environment doesn't just host you; it automatically sustains your cognitive functions.

Different planet, same fuel
It’s noon; almost half of your working day has passed, and suddenly you start feeling tired. A mere 2% drop in hydration can cause a 10% decline in cognitive ability - you know it; it was a part of your training before the flight. You instantly remember how to fix it — strategically placed dedicated mineralised water stations (Hydration Stations) across the floorplan — it’s time to find one. While coming from a water station, you pass by the restaurant — powered by an advanced vertical garden (Nutrition Garden). This fully managed hydroponic farm delivers serotonin-boosting food, effectively preventing errors and that dreaded afternoon energy crash — it’s time to get something to eat.
Smart ecosystem
Invisible technology watches over you at every step. Circadian Lighting synchronises your biological clock, reducing cognitive errors by 20%, while sun-mimicking lamps fuel deep work and ensure better sleep. It feels out of this world. Thanks to advanced acoustic panels, reverberation time has been drastically cut from 0.99s to a muted 0.28s, enveloping you in the perfect silence needed to write flawless code.
Some days even the smartest office can't fix everything. Today is that day: work, argument at home, everyday life it starts feeling like too much. The sensory load becomes too heavy, you retreat to the Wellbeing zone. This sanctuary feels like a treehouse hideout, suspended far away from the office buzz. Sunlight gently filters through openwork installations, and behind soft, curved acoustic screens, you can sink into a plush armchair. Just steps away, a botanical island invites you to brew a calming, restorative infusion.
Mission accomplished. You power off the system. Earth awaits.
