Agile Transformation with a Spanish Soul Designed as a strategic driver for digital transformation. This 10,000 sqm headquarters merges the warmth of the bank’s Spanish roots with the local character of Wroclaw. By prioritising the "human dimension", we created a flexible, biophilic environment that supports over 1,100 employees in adopting the Scaled Agile Framework. The result is a unique synthesis of identity — filled with natural light and greenery — that promotes well-being while fostering a new quality of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Andalusian sun in Wrocław
The aesthetic concept is a deliberate nod to the bank’s origins. We aimed to capture the vibrant, sunny identity of the Spanish brand and transplant it into the local context of Wrocław. The result is an interior full of energy, natural light, and warmth, distinguishing it from the cool, clinical aesthetics often associated with financial institutions.
Biophilic Connection
To support the "best employer" aspiration, the space is heavily saturated with greenery. These biophilic elements serve a dual purpose: they reinforce the warm, southern atmosphere while providing tangible health benefits, reducing stress and improving air quality for the 1,100+ employees working there.

Agile and market ready
The primary strategic goal was to create an office ready for market fluctuations. By implementing a highly flexible zoning system, the architecture supports the Scaled Agile Framework. This allows the bank to reconfigure project teams and shift workflows rapidly without requiring physical renovations, effectively accelerating the bank's digital transformation.
Space as a business tool
As noted by the client, the visual layer is merely the surface; the core value lies in its functionality. The space acts as a working business tool that removes physical barriers to agility. This adaptability ensures that as the banking sector evolves, the office evolves with it, rather than becoming a constraint.

The relationship engine
A key objective was to move away from isolated work and foster a culture of open communication. We designed the common areas to act as "knowledge magnets." By creating attractive, comfortable spaces for informal meetings, we encouraged employees to share ideas spontaneously, turning casual coffee breaks into valuable knowledge-transfer sessions.
The social auditorium
At the heart of this strategy is the Social Auditorium, connected directly to an agile coworking space. This zone functions as the town square of the organisation —a place for large-scale integration, building relationships across different departments, and reinforcing the sense of one unified team.

Wellbeing and focus
To secure the title of the best banking employer in the region, we placed the user's needs at the centre of the design process. Acoustically tuned and visually calm, the work zones actively contribute to staff comfort and mental well-being. This human-centric approach ensures the physical environment supports high-concentration tasks without adding stress.
Moving away from a "one size fits all" approach, the layout offers a spectrum of workspaces. From collaborative tables to quiet focus rooms, employees have the autonomy to choose the setting that best suits their current activity, ensuring efficiency for both dynamic teamwork and deep focus.
