Details
Peakside’s Warsaw office was designed within a revitalised historic townhouse on Poznańska Street. Our task was to adapt this classic city building to contemporary standards, balancing its historic character with a modern, calm workplace atmosphere. The result is a professional, understated interior tailored to a real estate investment company’s needs—avoiding visual excess in favour of clarity, comfort, and longevity.

1
Respecting the structure
The project is situated on Poznańska Street, within a carefully refreshed historic townhouse. The challenge was to define a spatial concept that respects the rigid structure of the existing building while adapting it to the agile needs of a modern workforce.
The client engaged our team to translate their workplace strategy into a physical space. The goal was to create an office that feels well-embedded in the city centre — professional and representative of a real estate investment firm, yet welcoming and comfortable.

2
Connectivity and Flow
The workspace layout is grounded in clarity. Open work areas are organised around distinct circulation paths, providing structure to the daily routine. While the plan is open, it prioritises acoustic and psychological comfort; the raw space is softened by carefully integrated meeting pods, greenery, and textile elements that provide necessary zoning without building solid walls.

Architectural moments
To ensure the office functions as a cohesive unit, we introduced key architectural elements that define the movement through the space. Glazed meeting rooms and internal stair connections were designed to maintain visual continuity across floors. These features, combined with flexible focus spaces, create a natural sense of flow, allowing teams to shift seamlessly between collaborative tasks and individual work.

3
Warm Minimalism
The design language is defined by a strong emphasis on transparency and access to daylight. We deliberately avoided visual noise, opting for a restrained colour palette that enhances the sense of calm. The atmosphere is built on warm materials and natural textures, creating a contemporary office tailored to a real estate investment company’s everyday needs. This ensures that the workplace feels professional and understated, yet welcoming and is well embedded in the urban fabric of central Warsaw
