Kraft Heinz:

brand-inspired space

2025 - Warsaw

WORKPLACE

Details

Marking our return to Kraft Heinz five years after our first collaboration, this new Warsaw headquarters is a vibrant celebration of a legendary brand. Designed as a truly "expressive" environment, the 1.5-floor workspace embodies the client's unique identity in every detail — from the iconic ketchup visuals to the custom demonstration kitchen. It is an engaging, adaptive space that moves beyond standard corporate design to create a functional home that inspires creativity and proudly celebrates the company's DNA.

1

Flavorful design

The design is an expressive reinterpretation of Kraft Heinz's visual identity, tailored to the specific character of the Warsaw team. We established a light beige base as a neutral backdrop, which is then punctuated by distinctive brand colours and bold graphics. Unique elements, such as the fancy reception countertop and iconic ketchup bottle displays, serve as functional art, adding a layer of uniqueness and pride to the daily employee experience.

The reception experience

The entrance area immediately immerses guests in the brand universe. We designed a unique, "fancy" reception countertop that serves as the focal point, complemented by iconic displays of ketchup bottles. These elements act as functional art, adding a layer of uniqueness that turns a standard waiting area into a bold statement of pride.

2

Social flexibility

The 5th floor serves as the social heart of the office. This upper level houses meeting rooms and event spaces equipped with mobile walls, allowing the area to instantly transform for town halls or training sessions. To support this versatility, we selected lightweight, mobile furniture that allows users to reconfigure the room in minutes without external help.

Focused workspace

Complementing this dynamic energy, the 4th floor is dedicated primarily to staff workspace, ensuring quiet and focus for daily tasks. This clear functional separation allows the team to have a dedicated "home base" for concentrated work, providing a necessary retreat from the buzz of the communal areas on the floor above.

3

A taste of innovation

The 5th floor features a state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen and a professional photography studio. These specialized zones allow the team to engage directly with their products, transforming the office from a simple place of administration into a hub of culinary creativity where food is cooked, tested, and photographed on-site.

Illuminated details

A standout feature bridging the gap between workspace and lifestyle is the custom lighting. We integrated unique lamps featuring the Kraft Heinz logo in the chill area. These fixtures not only provide a warm, thematic glow but also serve as luminous artefacts of the brand's heritage, adding a playful yet proud touch to the communal experience.

Atmosphere and details

While the base palette of the office is subdued and elegant, it is intentionally broken by strong, energetic accents that leave no doubt about the company's identity. We used bold graphics and vibrant brand colours to disrupt the neutrality, creating a visual language that ranges from subtle nods to powerful statements. These distinct interventions ensure that the brand's presence is felt throughout the space, giving the office a decisive and unique character.

4

Sustainability and strategy

Sustainability was a non-negotiable pillar of the project. We meticulously planned the reuse of existing furniture from the previous office. Integrating it harmoniously into the new arrangement created a sense of continuity and history for employees while significantly reducing waste.

Strategic optimisation

Our role extended beyond design into project monitoring, including the rigorous review of contract terms and cost estimates. Thanks to this deep involvement, we secured more than double the landlord’s financial contribution to the project. Simultaneously, we optimised the overall investment budget by nearly 30%, proving that expert oversight yields significant economic benefits alongside design quality.

What we didn’t optimise were the client’s expectations, which were high from the start. Our goal was to outdo ourselves and deliver a project even better than the one we completed for Kraft Heinz five years ago. The result is a source of pride and optimism, confirmed by the most important measure of success: positive feedback from satisfied users.
