We are proud to take home the Property Design Award 2024 for the revitalisation of the Energy Company office in Wrocław. Our main goal was to balance employee wellbeing with environmental responsibility, resulting in a space that is both modern and deeply rooted in the principles of the circular economy.

Instead of discarding the old, we gave it a new life. We retained and adapted existing elements — such as glass partitions, ceilings, and loose furnishings — to meet high modern standards. We want to thank everyone involved in this process for embracing the vision that the most sustainable building is the one that already exists.
